Ms. Stephanie Smiros is currently a Lieutenant in the United States Navy aboard the USS Anzio, where she is a damage control officer. She loves the Navy and the experience of being at her current duty station in Norfolk, VA is very different from her previous posting in Japan. For the future, she may stay with the Navy or perhaps try a new career path in foreign affairs, work abroad or in Washington D.C. (02/2012)
